How to Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open the GOOL app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion

By email

Alternatively, send an email to support@gool.si with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your registered email address.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account and personal data (email, display name) are permanently deleted
• Your predictions and scores are removed from all leaderboards
• Your membership in all leagues is removed
• This action cannot be undone

Processing Time

• In-app deletion: immediate
• Email request: processed within 30 days
